During the covid-19 era, a rising personal need of reclaiming an esoteric experience of art and of creating an art object was emerging. In the framework of a mixed architecture and art studio, there was an opportunity to achieve an immediate connection with both art and nature by creating an abstract handmade artefact. The outcome of this studio was an ephemeral in-situ installation. A nylon volume wasn’t just placed but constructed on the spot, forming a simple system read as an indeterminate, amorphous aggregation. This volume in the middle of a bucolic field confounds the visitor. What is its consistency, what is foreground? Measureless, indefinable, shifting form, imaginatively without dimensions.
